Refund / Replacement Policy
Bhankass does not offer casual returns or money refunds. Eligible cases are handled as replacement only.
Replacement is available when
- The item size received is different from what you selected.
- The item is damaged when delivered.
- The wrong product is delivered.
Replacement window
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bhankass.in.
No replacement if
- The item has been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- The issue is reported after the 7 day replacement window.
- The product is returned without contacting support first.
